In terms of ABMI’s annexure B, compliance management is defined as: “The culture-driven management process designed to ensure effective compliance with relevant legislation and norms in an integrated manner in order to assure organisational sustainability.”
The governing authority is accountable for the existence and effectiveness of compliance management within the organisation. This assessment reviews the overall maturity and gaps of the organisational compliance management programme. The resultant report provides key suggestions for closure of noted gaps.
