Submit support request by logging in to your unique user account that includes a paid subscription. We undertake to respond to priority support requests within 24-hours.

Standard Support

Standard support is not available in logged in mode. You can email us on support@genixys.io or use the contact us form on this website. We endeavour to respond to standard support requests within 5 business days.

Please note that we only provide support using the above two methods. Telephonic support requests are not available. However, feel free to contact your normal service advisor who can assist you with logging the relevant support request.
